ThinkTilt is a software start-up founded in 2016 by the team behind SmartyGrants. It developed ProForma, a tool that enables structured communication between different teams (e.g., marketing, finance) within Atlassian's Jira. ProForma provides a library of form templates to improve data collection and integrity across various business functions, such as IT support, HR onboarding, and facilities management.

Atlassian acquired ThinkTilt in April 2021 as part of its expansion into IT service management (ITSM).
